Todays youth suicide rates are through the roof and so I want to remind the young that what they feel now is not what they will always feel and that bad things do pass. They too need to learn the art of loving in the moment.
Be happy for the morning coffee, the screaming children, the unkind neighbor - the alternative isn't very pleasant.
So go out and enjoy the life your parents gave you no matter how old you are! :)
